We take special care to inspect the materials from our suppliers for defects and inconsistencies. In the unlikely event an issue arises, Germtec will negotiate with the supplier on your behalf, reducing customer hassle and strain. Our manufacturing team is adaptive and flexible, adjusting as needed to concerns about product tolerances or tooling capabilities.
